Tracking
When tracking is available, details will be shared using the information entered at checkout. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete address, failed attempts or refusal, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Delays and damaged parcels
Carrier delays caused by weather, restrictions or high-volume periods can occur. For an unusually delayed parcel, contact us with your order number. Photograph visibly damaged outer packaging before opening it and report missing, damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours.
